Isaac Walter Jenner

 Issac Walter Jenner (1836 – 1902) served in the British Navy during the Crimean War and later moved to Brisbane in 1883. He petitioned the government to build a public gallery and was a foundation committee member of the Qld Art Society in 1887. His work is held by the Queensland Art Gallery and Brighton Gallery, England. A monograph of his work was published by Beagle Press in 1994.
