|Dorothy Dundas née Thornhill (1910 - 1987) was born in London and studied at both the Royal Academy, London and the East Sydney Technical College in the 1930s. She was exceptionally skilled at life drawing and later taught at her East Sydney alma mater. In 1941 Thornhill married fellow artist Douglas Dundas, with whom she also exhibited, and took his name. |
