Victorian based Michael Kelly (b. 1956) studied at the Victorian College of the Arts and has lectured in Melbourne. He has held exhibitions in Melbourne and has been included in group exhibitions in Sydney, Melbourne, London and Perth, as well as many regional exhibitions.
